Laguna Beach
Pristine beaches and abundant nature make Laguna Beach an amazing place to live. With over 20,000 acres of coastal wilderness, mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts flock here to explore scenic trails and ocean views. Discover some of the best beaches and hikes Laguna has to offer!
One of my favorite spots for a scenic workout is the Top of the World hike in Laguna. This beautiful trail offers panoramic ocean views and a spectacular overlook of the entire city. I often bring my family for an evening hike, and we finish at nearby Alta Laguna Park where my boys love to play.
If you're up for a longer adventure, Top of the World connects with Wood Canyon Wilderness Park, which offers miles of trails through oak groves and canyons. It's a favorite among local hikers and mountain bikers for its scenic variety.
Whether you're looking for a family-friendly stroll or a heart-pumping climb, there's a perfect hike in Laguna Beach for every type of outdoor enthusiast.
Diver’s Cove features clear waters and vibrant reefs perfect for snorkeling and tidepooling. My family enjoys searching for sea urchins and crabs during low tide, discovering new sea life every visit.
Known for great surf breaks, Thalia Street Beach is popular with local surfers and skim-boarders. My sons love watching the talent there and hope to join the community someday.
Laguna Beach’s 7 miles of coastline feature over 30 unique beaches and coves to explore, each offering breathtaking views and family-friendly fun. Despite busy summer parking, exploring the coastline is always rewarding.
The combination of beaches, hiking trails, and abundant wildlife makes Laguna Beach ideal for those who love the outdoors. As a nature enthusiast, I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to live if you want an active, outdoor lifestyle.
