Since 2001, Natalie Boyle has earned a devoted client base in South Orange County, with many clients considering her their agent for life. Her high-touch service, well-rounded industry expertise, and encyclopedic knowledge of the region’s premier neighborhoods allow her to consistently exceed customer expectations. Guided by her clients’ vision rather than their budget, she has become widely recognized as a waymaker in the field.
 
Adept at adjusting to changing market trends and new industry technology, Natalie stays informed about how to best position her clients for success. With an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and decades of experience facilitating complex transactions, she can handle any contingency and enters uncharted waters with ease. In addition to residential buying and selling, her areas of expertise include investment real estate, 1031 exchanges, lending, construction, land development, REOs, rental analysis, and short sales.
 
A skilled negotiator and compassionate ally for clients in all sectors of the market, Natalie knows firsthand the concerns that clients experience, whether they’re searching for a home in an excellent school district or seeking the best possible return on investment from a property sale. As the owner of several properties, the operator of an in-demand Airbnb, and a serial redecorator, she also has an eye for design and decor, which she happily uses in the service of her clients. And, since she grew up in the industry as well as the region, she’s able to provide clients with colorful insights that make writing the next chapters of their lives easier. But beyond her extensive skill set, people appreciate Natalie’s presence and authenticity: Whether she’s with a client or with her family, she always gives 100% of her energy and attention.
 
In her free time, Natalie volunteers at her children’s school and assists with their many sports, which include soccer, baseball, and jiujitsu. Natalie and her family are eco-conscious and love animals, especially their rescue dog, Teddy. Oftentimes, you’ll find them hiking around their home in Laguna Niguel and throughout Orange County.
