Meet Kaytee

Kaytee Ferguson is a Southern California native that currently resides in Cerritos, CA with her husband, two daughters and their dog Brody. She considers herself a people-centric person, who loves to connect
and support others. This desire to be of service led her to pursue her real estate license seven years ago, in hopes of getting better acquainted with others in her community and also help humanize the home owning process.

Prior to starting her career, Kaytee earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Vanguard University of Southern California and a master’s in public administration from California State University San Bernardino.

Kaytee also has ten years of corporate recruiting experience, where she has worked for companies like the Walt Disney Corporation and Marriott Vacation Worldwide. With a passion for connecting top-tier talent with exceptional companies, she has been able to bring a proactive and strategic approach to
recruiting that ensures a seamless hiring process for both candidates and organizations. This is a similar tactic she uses when assisting individuals find and or sell their homes.
